HELLO, I’M JENNY:

Lover of cats and quirky moments, sledding when there’s snow (you never know here in Tennessee!!), and chocolate salted caramel anything.

After my first child was born, I became obsessed with capturing all the little details and fleeting moments that were getting lost in the hustle and bustle of raising a child—my baby’s newborn wrinkles and sweet toes, my toddler feeding the cat under his high chair. Precious memories that might be lost forever had I never captured them with my camera. Babies grow up way too fast!!

I’m a careful observer which is great for you because it means I’m going to capture all those little moments that make up your everyday beautiful life. I’m also a bit of a perfectionist which doesn’t mean I’ll put you in stiff poses and put your pinkie at the right angle, but it does mean that I’ll work hard to capture your family as honestly as possible, I’ll be on time, and I’ll make the process easy.

Jenny was like a magician with my kids!
I wasn’t so sure about how our session would go,
but she certainly has a gift with kids and a camera.

about you…

You chose your kids. It was a conscious decision you’d never regret, but you’d be lying if you said you don’t wonder what it would be like to have a lunch break and whip off a multi-tab spreadsheet again. It’s okay though, you traded spreadsheets for Costco runs and Starbucks drive-thrus with your tiny humans. You’re all sorts of amazing at it, and although you never want to trade this life you’ve created, you’re also a bit lost as to how the days became so monotonous! You know time is precious, but you’re struggling to see it because you’re in it. Really in it. In the thick of carpools and pre-school schedules and all day snacks.

YOU DEVOTE EVERYTHING TO YOUR FAMILY.

LET’S SHOW THEM (AND YOU!!) HOW WELL YOU LOVE THEM.

My superpower is seeing the things that you’ve become immune to. I notice the tiny hand that reaches up for yours and the way your spouse looks at you when you don’t even know he’s doing it. You could say that I’m a professional moment catcher, who just happens to have a very expensive camera in her hand.
