Hello Ferntop families! I absolutely loved photographing your kiddos! Thank you for your patience while I get through busy season!!

To view your child’s school portraits, please click the “View Photos” button below. Enter your email address and the gallery password (TopFall25) and find your kiddo’s album. Please see FAQs below for information on individual student passwords if you had one. Prints and digitals are available for purchase right from the gallery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What is the main gallery password?…The main gallery password is TopFall25

What is my child’s password?…If you wrote your child’s four digit month and day of their birthday on their name card on picture day, use it as their password. E.G. A January 2nd birthday would be 0102

***Please note, the company that hosts my viewing gallery is working out a bug on album passwords…if you hit enter too quickly after typing in the password, it will tell you it’s incorrect. If you get the “Your password is incorrect” message, retype the password, wait several seconds and then hit the return/enter key. If you’re still experiencing issues, please let me know!***

When will I receive my images?…Digital files can be downloaded shortly after purchase. They must be uploaded to a computer, not a cell phone. Print and product orders will be delivered to the school for distribution within four weeks of the order by date.

Will there be a watermark on my images?…The watermark is only on the proofing site. It will be removed from digital files and prints.

How do I order?…On the viewing site, within your child’s album, hover over any individual picture in an album and select the shopping bag icon. Then select either from Packages, digitals, and other products from the pop-up screen. Or select “STORE” from album’s home page.

My kid has a blemish, can it be removed?…Most kids do not need any retouching, but in case there is a something you’d like removed, please order the Retouching option, and be sure to leave me a note about what you’d like removed. You can order retouching for one image or for the entire gallery.
